*All prices are listed in US currency.
A
credit card is required to hold all day trips and packages.
For all packages
a $100.00 non refundable per person fee is required immediately upon
agreement of itinerary.
If tour is canceled by client for any reason this fee will not be refunded,
otherwise fee will be applied to package balance upon final billing.
Upon confirmation 50% of the package price is due. The remaining
balance is due 60 days prior to package start date.
All day trips will be billed
30 days prior to departure.
Once
a package has been confirmed and deposit received, any changes made prior to 45
days in advance of tour date are free. Changes
made within 45 days will necessitate an administrative fee of $10.00, per
person, per adventure. No fee will be
charged for adding or upgrading packages.

Cancellation 29 to 7
days prior to tour: $50.00 pp

3-Day Adventurer: Notice

3-DAY ADVENTURER FEE SCHEDULE:
Cancellation 45 to 30 days prior to tour: $60.00 pp Cancellation 29 to 7 days
prior to tour: $100.00 pp Trips canceled within 7 days are non-refundable.

fees are in addition to your $100.00 per person non-refundable fee**
5, 7, 10 and 14 Day Packages:

Cancellation prior to
65 days of
tour: $120.00 pp
Cancellation 64 to 45
days prior to tour: $200.00 pp
Cancellation 44 to 30 days prior to tour: $250.00 pp
Cancellation 29 to 7 days prior to tour: $300.00 pp

Off The Bus and all
other Packages:

THE BUS AND ALL OTHER PACKAGES
FEE SCHEDULE:
Cancellation prior to
65 through 45 days of
tour:
10% of total package price
Cancellation 65 to 44
days prior to tour: 20% of total package price
Cancellation 44 to 30 days prior to tour:
35% of total package price
Cancellation 29 to 7 days prior to tour:
60% of total package price

a $100.00 non refundable per person fee is required immediately
upon agreement of itinerary.
